The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is really tasty. Waitress is the best ever! We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the garden. Only 20 min walk to downtown. For short-orders there was sunny's fish and chips, we found it close by...

A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Lynton Court that was only 15 minutes' walk away. If we return to Bournemouth we would definitely come back there. We greatly enjoyed balincourt. Even the Bournemouth airport was not so far.

Such tourist sites as boscombe chine gardens were adjacent to the venue. We liked our time at the hotel, thank you. Perfect for city trip
